3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe arrival.

   Refunds & Exchanges

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

   • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

   • Exchanges may be available for defective or incorrect items.

     Exceptions

     Certain products may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

   • Installed product unless defective

   • Items damaged due to improper use
