The TAG optics plate for Kimber 2k11/DS1911 is a beefy, steel constructed plate that doesn't come with a bunch of unnecessary parts like other plates. Although this plate sits a bit higher than other plates, it's not a deal breaker. The plate is even designed to match up with the 2k11's rear serrations for an esthetically pleasing look.
The plate you get for free with Kimber is crap and their support to picked up plate from tag and it works perfectly
The company is 100% committed to quality and customer service! I purchased a replacement sight for my Shield X, and it looks amazing. I can’t wait to get it!
Initially, I had some trouble contacting customer support, but it appears there may have been a technical glitch. Once I reached out, I was fortunate enough to connect with Narissa Mathews.
I work in the customer service industry, and I have to say that Narissa’s customer service went above and beyond anything I ever expected. She was extremely polite, very responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
The quality of this company’s products is impressive, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Narissa made a great impression on me, and her outstanding assistance turned me into a customer for life!
This company won me over not only with its amazing products but also with the exceptional customer service I received. Thank you, Narissa, for all your help. It was truly appreciated!
I am visually challenged so the black out rears don’t do much for me. I installed the TAG sights and live the view. I highly recommend.
These sights are nice & bright when you are out in the sun or in an area that is well lit, however, in a lower light setting they are not bright and are no better than any regular, factory sight. In low light conditions such as inside a building with the lights off, at dusk or dawn (inside or out), they are no better than any factory sight. These sights are intended for perfect, well-lit conditions, outdoors, in the sun.
As always these sights are a great help to my vision. The bright Green up front helps me key in on my targets faster.
Once installed, I had to try them. With astigmatism in both eyes, I was having trouble sighting in with the factory white sights. With these, no problem. My score improved from a 92 to 118, with no other changes.
After upgrade sights which made huge difference already. Having the option to customize to you eyes preference with ease. Customer service was exellent and responded to my questions quickly.
awsome sights i have bought sights from them for all my guns I buy now it’s worth it
I have a total of three sets of tag precision sights And all of them have worked out great!! My most recent was installing a front fiber Set on my SIG P365 And I went with the suppressor/optic height Front fiber since I eventually plan on adding another red dot but so far I love the way the orange front fiber pops especially when it comes to my severe astigmatism issues!!! I see the orange better than any other color I’ve tried so if you suffer from an astigmatism, I definitely recommend picking up the spare sets of fibers that include the orange!!!! Awesome company!! Solid iron sights!!! I will note one thing and this is a recommendation that if you purchase these and intend to change out the fiber colormake sure you pop free the fiber screws before you install the sights because from what I have seen, those are torqued in really tight and it can become an issue for some if you already have them installed.. but other than that, I love everything about these tag precision sights!!!
Tag Precision sights are fantastic. I am a senior citizen and my eyes aren't as sharp as they were but I have no problem seeing the green front sight. With that and the blacked out rear sight it makes for very quick sight alignment and target acquisition. Price is at a good price point. Sight installation was very easy. All in all these sights are a great product and on my next project with fiber optics it will be with Tag Precision.
I'm satisfied with the optic part of the sights I love them this is not my first pair but this is my first parent to have to co-witness with an optic and it just seems like maybe it's just me but it just seems like my rear sight could have been just a little higher maybe it's the way it's supposed to be and I just ain't used to it
Buenos días, quisiera comprar la de adelante roja y la de atrás verde, cuál me sirve para la Glock 43 X Mos?
Great sights but the set screw stripped on the front sight. Still a great set of sights.
Update: Not long after I left this review Narissa with TAG reached out and helped me with the problem, even going so far as sending me a prepaid overnight shipping label so they could tackle the problem themselves. The epitome of excellent customer service. Will definitely be buying TAG Precision sights in the future.
100 percent better than the C&H that came with the Kimber 2k11
Even in today's world of red dot equipped pistols I prefer 3 dot night sights or fiber optics and these seem to be on par with Hiviz and Truglo. Quality seems good, installation was easy with a quality sight pusher and fitment was just right. Made in the USA is always nice these days as well. Good job TAG 👍.
